1 PERSEQUOR ApS PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 This Privacy Policy is issued by Persequor ApS, hereinafter referred to as "Persequor".

1.2 The Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data of users and subscribers to and of Persequor's channels.

1.3 This policy also applies to any data, pictures, illustrations, comments, opinions; references and information collected from or given by Persequor's users or subscribers across all Persequor's internal and external channels.

1.4 Persequor's internal and external channels include, but are not limited to, the company's website(s); social media platforms; portals; surveys; databases; email correspondence and platforms; conversations; webinars; referrals; posts and shares; conferences; events; exhibitions; presentations; campaigns; all iOS, Android or other system format apps; analytical tools; Persequor software solutions and modules.

1.6 By using any of the Persequor channels, you consent to the Privacy Policy described in this document.

2 COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION VIA OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CHANNELS

2.1 Persequor only collects personal details and information submitted to us by users of our channels, subscribers to our channels, interested parties, responders, partners, affiliates, suppliers, employees or friends of the organisation.

2.2 This information currently can include - depending on the channel - a person's name, surname, email address, telephone number, IP address, physical company address, country, usage, opinion, interests, preferences and engagement statistics. A person's age will be stored if applicable.

2.3 We collect payment information from our suppliers and partners, as well as their clients. This can include billing and/or shipping addresses as well as account or debit/credit card information. We store this information after instruction by a supplier or partner, and clients of these with the sole purpose of allowing these parties to make payments which are due. We also collect and store information about each entity's payments history with us.

3 PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

3.1 Persequor collects personal data to ensure we keep users of our channels, subscribers to our channels, interested parties, responders, partners, affiliates, suppliers, employees or friends of the organisation informed about our organisation, its products and services, changes, happenings and more.

3.2 We connect and approach audiences when we publish a new paper, thought leadership piece, report, survey, article or have news to share.

3.3 We also utilise data and information for relevant advertising and marketing purposes.

3.4 Personal information gathered may also be used for developing and improving the quality and use of our channels and software; administrative handling; marketing and promotional purposes; and for internal purposes such as data analysis, statistics and research.
